22 Years of Haute Cuisine at Red Bull Hangar-7: Time for Innovation

Month after month, a famous chef is invited to present their specialties together with Executive Chef Martin Klein and his team, delighting guests. This has been the proven concept for years at the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Ikarus in Red Bull Hangar-7.

To continue offering outstanding cuisine and fine dining experiences, the restaurant, exhibition space, and hangar underwent a makeover in 2025. In the meantime, two pop-ups provided the opportunity to enjoy gourmet dishes in a new setting. The latest volume of the extraordinary series “Ikarus. Salzburg Welcomes the World‘s best Chefs” contains gourmet recipes from international guest chefs for you to recreate at home.
