22 Years of Haute Cuisine at Red Bull Hangar-7: Time for Innovation

Month after month, a famous chef is invited to present their specialties together with Executive Chef Martin Klein and his team, delighting guests. This has been the proven concept for years at the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Ikarus in Red Bull Hangar-7.

To continue offering outstanding cuisine and fine dining experiences, the restaurant, exhibition space, and hangar underwent a makeover in 2025. In the meantime, two pop-ups provided the opportunity to enjoy gourmet dishes in a new setting. The latest volume of the extraordinary series “Ikarus. Salzburg Welcomes the World‘s best Chefs” contains gourmet recipes from international guest chefs for you to recreate at home. This offers a wonderful source of inspiration for gourmets and cooking enthusiasts.
